We comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, Construction Regulations 2014, National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998, and Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 130 of 1993.
Executive Management: Provide leadership and resources.
SHE Manager: Develop and maintain SHE systems.
Project Managers: Implement SHE requirements on site.
All Employees: Work safely and report hazards.
Risk assessments are conducted for all projects following the hierarchy of controls: Eliminate → Substitute → Engineer → Administer → PPE.
Mandatory PPE: Hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility clothing, safety glasses, and ear protection where required.
All incidents are reported, investigated, and corrective actions implemented. Statutory reporting to Department of Employment and Labour occurs as required.
We minimize impact through waste management, spill prevention, dust control, and site rehabilitation.
