This Procurement Policy governs the acquisition of goods, works, and services by Benjamin Investment Group (Pty) Ltd. It ensures that all procurement activities are conducted with integrity, transparency, fairness, and in full compliance with applicable laws, while achieving optimal value for money and supporting enterprise development in South Africa.
This policy applies to all procurement activities across the organization, including but not limited to construction materials, subcontractor services, professional services, fleet vehicles, office supplies, capital equipment, and information technology.
All procurement activities are guided by value for money, fairness and transparency, integrity, accountability, compliance, sustainability, and local development.

Suppliers must provide tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate, CIDB registration, company registration, banking details, and SHE policy.
As a Level 1 contributor, preference is given to suppliers with higher B-BBEE recognition levels, with targeted procurement from EMEs, QSEs, and black-owned enterprises.
